Yep, i was in my truck driving Yorkshire bound this morning around 02.30, i was just approaching the bridge over the 60 just before j18 when i noticed some lad sat on top of the rail,facing the oncoming traffic ,feet dangling over the side and looked like he was texting or at least messing...

I was watching a programme about Canals the other day and i couldnt believe this in Scotland...a fantastic bit of kit and must be brilliant to go on it.
