Yes an email would do,you miss the point, I was replying to someone who thought they could do their own lateral flow test in the airport before travelling, using one of the free ones we can get from NHS. You need something official email or certificate.

Nice idea and the government were talking about that months ago but that won’t work cause you won’t have a test result certificate detailing they time you took the test etc. to show them at check in.

There's a company that does them at faro airport for about £30, also other locations in Faro but I don't know how many they can do on aparticular day. Results about 30mins after the test. Might be possible at other airports. Synlabs group I think.
