Let’s be honest, we’ve got someone currently at right back far better than Tino, Rico and Nunes combined, I’m happy to see how the season pans out and see who we identify as our long term right back by next summer.

I personally think if Wharton come in it would be as a backup/ successor to Rodri, we have the like of Nypan, Nico O’Rielly and Echivery for long term midfield prospect but I’d love to see us spend big on Wharton and Nico Paz.

We are at our best with a midfield 3 of Rodri, Reminders and Foden so I’d hope to see that but I can’t help but think he will go with experience and drop Bernardo in the 3 and Foden out wide, I can’t help see Doku staring instead of Nico G though.

The issue we will always have is we have a high line and a lack of pace at the back, Goalkeepers will always be subject to 1 on 1’s due to how we play and will look worse because of it.
