Tolmie simply nicks his <cough> info from Twitter anyway so what's the difference? Attention seekers both.

    De Bruyne?

Heard a whisper from a mate in Germany that we've made a formal offer of €60m (£43m).

    TC23...

Heard a whisper via a mate that we've made a verbal offer to Tom Cleverley's agent after being impressed with his form for Aston Villa over the second half of the season. Arsenal and Spurs are said to be sniffing around, too, as well as a few clubs lower down the table. Now...I know the reaction...

    Ross Barkley

    City & FFP | 2020/21 Accounts released | Revenues of £569.8m, £2.4m profit (p 2395)

I'm privy to a bit of insider information regards the finances of the CFA sponsorship deals, and some of the figures being bandied about are well off the mark. The bridge deal is worth £150k a year to the club, rising by 7.5% per season, minimum term of three years, maximum of five.

    Empty seats on telly suggestion

I haven't read through the thread but i have a suggestion. It might be a bad idea, and one that has no immediate financial benefit to the club, but they could look at how loyalty/City points are awarded, meaning people receive some for buying a ticket, then a further amount for actually going to...

    Player thread: Samir Nasri (2014/15)

Re: Nasri return It absolutely baffles me that some Blues still don't rate the lad. He's a special player, and not only that he's one of our hardest workers. If you look over our very best spells of form over recent seasons they almost all coincide with Samir playing at his best. Players earn...

Can anybody who has joined the waiting list recently (this month, etc) let us know how many are on the list now? Regards.

    Manchester Pub help...

Does anyone know of any pubs in or around Manchester, preferably South Manchester or in the city centre, who will be showing the Nathan Cleverly v Tony Bellew boxing PPV tonight? I've had a search online already and can only find the Seven Oaks, which from memory is alright, and a sports bar...

    Richards

Where in sh*tting hell has the £72k a week figure come from? I was under the impression his last contract took him to somewhere in the region of £40k a week?

    Papers tomorrow.....

Can't be doing with this sort of needy paranoia. Find it pretty hard to believe some apparently sane, fully grown adults think there's obvious anti-City bias in the media. Any United, Liverpool, Chelsea supporter will tell you the media have an agenda against them as well, it's absolute drivel...

    Eliaquim Mangala - now official

Re: Eliaquim Mangala Wouldn't be completely surprised if there was *a bit* more to this than meets the eye. It's perfectly conceivable that a randomer on Twitter accidentally came across the video, sure, but not sure it's really a massive conspiracy theory to suggest that perhaps the club are a...

    Complete list of pre-season fixtures...

Wondered if such a thing existed or if not wether we could cobble one together. Obviously the senior team's pre-season fixtures are quite easy to find, but less so for the junior sides, though news on games is reported quite widely I don't know of a complete list of upcoming games. I used to use...

    Isco

If we could sell Jovetic and bring Isco in for a similar fee or even less given Madrid's desire to sell then we absolutely must go for it. Stevan has showed some fleeting moments of quality but nothing more, and although he looked like a great prospect at Fiorentina I can't see him having any...

    And so it begins...

So Mangala hasn't signed despite his majesty saying it was a done deal the best part of a fortnight ago, and there's been absolutely no movement on the Barkley front, and now he's taken his ball home and gone PM's only to save face. Hmmmm. I do wish people would stop encouraging him. In both...

    Next May Predictions

Gut feeling is that Chelsea will win the league. They've strengthened well in key areas and have trimmed their squad of baggage. Obviously they're hugely experienced as well, and as much as people claim Liverpool threw the title away last season, in reality Chelsea did, doing jobs on their...

    The Boxing thread

Crawford won in the very, very least nine round there, possibly as many as eleven. Very disappointing from Burns. Think he should pack it in now. Not sure he's got much left. Crawford wasn't great, but he didn't have to be. 110-118.
