Try Summers Restaurant in Arlington, VA. Not too far from DC and they will definitely have all of the Premier games on in the morning. It's the best bar for viewing the matches I know of in the area.

I went to school at LMU. The soccer field is just inside the front gates off of the old main entrance. Right next to the baseball and basketball complexes.
