Mancini is good thus far,but i don't think we'd buy every player he want. Look at Barca,they even don't have a qualified DC to replace injured Puyol. In the two champion league final game ,they play Yaya Toure and Mascherano as DC and beat Man Unite twice.

This player is apparently not worthy of 25M +3M ,especially when Mancini only plan to use he & Milner as Rotation.

Maybe people tho negotiate the transfer thought Nasri (one year remaining)will be cheaper enough than Mata... But forget Mate now, I really care if we have other objects available in the last week...
