    Last 38 Premier League Matches

I wish! It is what it is - a snapshot of the last 38 Premier League matches played - nothing more, nothing less. Think of it as a glorified current form guide, if you will.

    Last 38 Premier League Matches

And on which planet exactly are goals scored more important than points won?

    Last 38 Premier League Matches

    World Cup Play Off's

Welcome to the wonderful world of FIFA's exercise in political correctness. Any other sporting World Championship would have the best teams or players competing in the Finals, but not the FIFA World Cup, where places are instead allocated according to how many votes Blatter has in his pocket.

City Vs Tottenham Pre match Thread

I won't post a chart, but you'll find that Spurs are way up there when it comes to having shots on target this season (4th or 5th best in the League, I believe). Our problem has been in converting those shots on target into goals.

The Tottenham Thread 13/14 part 3.

We're talking about The Beast, right? ...the goals conceded against both Arsenal & Newcastle happened when Sandro wasn't on the pitch. So Spurs have yet to concede a goal this season in the 735 minutes Sandro has played. I'd say that makes Sandro's contribution to Tottenham pretty well...

    The Rise of Southampton

Excellent start to the season and it underlines why a good team playing well together will always do better than a collection of star players. I do have serious doubts about Southampton's squad depth once the injuries and suspensions start piling-up though. But the Saints, like Liverpool, have...

    Gerrard's mrs and kids

Gerrard probably paid income tax well in excess of 2k for each handbag. And the Government pocketed a further 400 quid on each bag in VAT. People will always struggle to meet their bills, but that has absolutely nothing to do with how much Gerrard earns.

Hat-trick from Nayim - the only one he scored while with Spurs.

The Tottenham Thread 13/14 part 3.

I'd say both clubs are under-performing this season. But as City have the home advantage and they've been pretty solid this season at the Etihad, I'd expect them to win against Spurs.

This weekends other Prem Games 9-10 November)

I have been reliably informed that Tim Krul made more saves today than any other goalkeeper in the Premier League for the last six seasons. Why is it keepers always play out of their skins against Spurs?
