We didn't lose a game in the whole tournament. We had 33 shots tonight against the now favourites. If they hadn't scrapped the away goals rule we'd have gone through. So rather unlucky. Not sure, though, why Pep took off people in extra time who would probably have been better at penalties...

Big game for Kovacic with Rodri missing, and he stepped up. Doku & Gvardiol were excellent too.

Gvardiol has looked average (by City's extraordinary standrards) during his time with us (yes, out of position) ... but has been excellent these past 3 games. Starting to show us what a gifted player he is technically & going forward, as well as defensively.

Sorry - I meant all the bookies & people with simulators (that I can see). It's not surprising that our chances are below 50% when there are 3 teams neck & neck, but it still means the odds are against us. But if anyone can win a title "coming from behind" with last-day drama, it is surely City !

Not sure whether those predictions are encouraging or worrying ... basically, everyone makes us the favourites, but at the same time everyone says we probably *won't* win it (our chances are under 50%).

YouGov (or someone similar) did a survey a few years ago, asking: a) which of these salary bands are you in ? b) which band would someone have to be in for you to consider them "well off" ? For b), most people chose one band higher than a).

KDB & Erling were immense ... 9 goal involvements between them in an away game is Roy of the Rovers stuff. In fact, if it was fiction, you wouldn't believe it ?
