Jeddah is about 700 miles from Eilat which is the nearest Israeli City. Gaza is a further 150 miles. Can't see much happening in Jeddah. Saudi also doesn't generally allow Palestinians into the country - nevermind Hamas.

Dubai is good but will probably be pricey at that time of year. Flights between Riyadh and Dubai are regular and relatively cheap. Abu dhabi will have cheaper digs (and beer) but flight options not as good.

It most likely will be in Jeddah (where the Saudi team who are in the tournament play) and Riyadh. Its about 1 hour 45 flight between the two cities. I can't think of any other stadiums in the country that have a stadium with a big enough capacity.

Yeah have done the drive quite a few times. Normally I wouldn't dream of flying to Bahrain (unless it's a connecting flight- I just did it to and from Istanbul) but not sure how long it would take to cross the causeway on a tourist visa ha.
