Finally picked up my tickets from the Hyatt this morning. Pretty well organised to be fair. Just annoying we had to do it in the first place. Also seats are different to our original booking… wonder who’ll be sat in our old seats? Probably my fucking Postman!

I’d call them again tomorrow morning and if no joy head over to the Hyatt where there will be a representative from the club.. suspect they will be a tad more helpful in a ‘face to face’ discussion :-)

In Barcelona now about to board our train to Madrid. Club have confirmed we can pick up tickets at the Hyatt tomorrow between 10 and 3.

I asked the ticket office about the Hyatt and they said it’s not confirmed for all ticket holders. We Will have to wait until Monday for an update.

Exactly the same. Going with my 18 yo lad… my first European away game after 45 years of watching City! Going to call customer services again about 4.30 but fully expecting the same clueless response. Suspect we’ll all be wandering the streets of Madrid on Tuesday looking for a ticket pick up...

Still no tickets and fly 6am tomorrow. Just called the office and told we‘ve been put ‘on the list’ but until RM get back to city with ‘a plan’ they can do nothing. Chances of RM getting back to City on a Sunday afternoon? I’d say fuck all. Absolute Farce.

Still no tickets And today‘s post has been delivered. Called Customer Service and they’ve said wait until Sunday then call us if they’ve still not shown up and we’ll let you know the plan. But right know we don’t have a plan…. Brilliant.

Doesn't really affect me as I get to Gorton Road 2 hours before kick off (!) so I can get a legit space… it’s the later arrivals who I think chance their arm as there’s no other option other than to pay for parking… their gamble I guess.

Loads ticketed on Gorton Road today near the junction of Stainforth Street. Even though they were all parked on an extremely wide path causing zero obstruction to anyone. Outside of residents parking zone. Pathetic.

18 year old son booked a “romantic getaway” with his GF 4 months ago. They ended up choosing Copenhagen 12th-15th February and by chance booked a hotel just around the corner from the football stadium. Suffice to say he was moderately pleased with the draw today. GF, not so much!

Not sure Rodri will get straight back into that team. He’ll need to bide his time on the bench and wait for his chance.
