    im on day 42, using an ecig but im going to start weaning myself off it soon. dont need a crutch, ive had the chance to smoke and some days have nearly killed me, but ive stayed away from them. Wembley was so difficult, everyone seemed to be smoking.

    ive got myself one of those electronic cigarettes, ive gone from 30-35 a day to 4-5, obviously with a view to quitting altogether, going quite nicely at the moment. just have to find the willpower to not have that fag after my tea and the ones i have when i take the dogs out.
