    The day is here!

Here's hoping that today is the day we are Champions! Been up since 4am cannot sleep just thinking back over the 40 years of supporting City and the people I've shared the experience with, some people who I've not seen in decades. Weird how the mind works?

    Pitch Invasion?

Let's all enjoy the day and keep off the pitch. A pitch invasion is going to bring the celebrations (should we win the PL) to an end far quicker. So let's leave the Club to do the right thing! They know how long we have been waiting and I'm sure if tomorrow is the day, then the celebrations...

    Really thought provoking OP.

How many of us men will shed a tear if we win next Sunday

Not a doubt that the majority of the stadium will be in tears, especially the older ones of us.

Will you be re-newing your Season card next season

Really would like to but.... Cost of travelling from Birmingham stands at £38 per game in fuel costs alone at today's prices. Currently have 2 season tickets and only missed 1 PL game (WBA), the Birmingham Carling Cup game plus the last 2 Europa league games all due to work commitments. Tickets...

Spanish Mundo ABC: Mourinho made a deal vith Manchester City

Mancini is the man to lead us to success. It's started and will take time. We've still got a great chance to win the PL this year. Let's not bottle this as fans, it was never going to be easy and was always going to go down to the wire. It's far from over. Now my worry is that during this...

    Remembering Swales

In my book he loved City and all he wanted was our success. Lets face it, if we would have been in his position would we have done things much different, I think not. Not always successful, but sometimes when you love something and want something so bad it clouds your judgement. Peter RIP

so,how long did it take you

Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Left well after the final whistle, quick chat in City Square. Then back to the car park (no 2), 15 minutes stripping off all 7 layers of clothing, quick cup of tea and a ham sandwich whilst the car park cleared. Tom Tom warning me of severe delays...

    Celia Hodkin: Lucky mascot

Glad she enjoyed her day, watched her have her picture taken with Moonchester and Moonbeam before the game. Well done City for making Celia's day.

Pick your game when you expect us to clinch the title

I'm going for the end of April derby game. Don't forget we are having a bad patch BUT are STILL top. Having a bad run in January is far better than experiencing it in April! A win tomorrow and the pressure is then on United and Spurs to do the same away at Chelsea and Liverpool. Keep believing...

Hate to say this... but I think we need Tevez

Anyone who thinks Tevez could just return and slot back into the team and influence our PL winning chances is deluding themselves. Tevez will not pull on our shirt agian this season. Simply because he was not particularly fit towards the end of last season due to injury, he returned after the...

    Leeds away Fa Cup 1977/78

I seem to recall being at Leeds in the league in December 1977 and losing. After getting back to the coach the FA Cup draw for the 3rd round took place and we drew them away for three weeks later. I'm sure the Floral Dance was played and remember the City fans bouncing up and down. A great day out.

Please Don't Ever Criticize Our Support Again

The prices for the semi were the same price as two years ago against United, so a zero percent increase. Hardly ripping us off. The cost of tickets at City has not increased at anywhere near the rate of the increase in the quality of the squad or the standard of the football. Regarding the above...

Please Don't Ever Criticize Our Support Again

I'll get flak for this but what the hell 36,000 last night was embarrassing. I wish people would stop going on about the cost, the family stand, two expensive games within 4 days etc etc. Following a successful club is going to be expensive, by its very nature it means more games and hence more...

P****d off with the so called ''Match day experience''

On a recent feedback survey for the Club I mentioned unallocated seating. It's the only way to encourage like minded people to sit together and create an atmosphere.
