You’re probably right ……but surely that could still happen either before or better after the qualifying? They’d still end up playing the same amount of games as there’d be no international breaks so the season could be finished a few weeks quicker.

Why don’t them cram internationals in either at the start or the end of the season for however long they need - 8 weeks or whatever the season is broken up with this nonsense and get them out of the way ?!? It’s a toss up which is more boring 115 or international break ?
