Peak Sterling was extremely effective….but he never convinced me as world class individual - he fitted in well and was a great cog in the machine, but I think our current wingers have more to their game and so did Sane.

I’m happy for Cole to do whatever he does, he’s gone to crazy town and is now king over there. I wanted him given more game time when he was here but I don’t see the details Pep does obviously and in Pep we trust, if he didn’t ask Pep how high to jump when the boss asked then he’s not for us...

He will 100% score against us for them but I am still not that bothered if they sign him….he’s decent enough still but has shortcomings, major positive is his pace.

No issue with him, he was here - played well, then had a drop in form, got dropped and threw his toys out, city managed it well and shipped him out within a few weeks to Bayern…..think it sent a message to the squad, we won the Champions League - that’s the part he played ! Glad he’s gone...

I was thinking how we look a few steps ahead of where we were last season - think Savinho is having a great impact. We are potentially even stronger this year with the continued development of Rico / Bobb and return of Gundo - it could all outweigh losing Alvarez.

Well he’s never going to win us a league title after such a long wait in the same dramatic circumstances against them lot…….so yeah I can’t imagine I will feel the exact same about any other player that ever plays for us :) …….Erling is pretty f***ing cool though isn’t he ? Hahah
