    This is what I'm trying to get at really. Are the people that now pick and choose the games the ST holders of the past? Or are ST holders continuing to pay the increasing ST prices so they aren't exposed to the one-off ticket prices. I tend to think it's the latter, and loyalty maybe clouds...

    I think lower league clubs rely on matchday income more than most. Mainly down to the increase in salaries filtering down to the lower divisions. At Bradford, our matchday prices are £20, which is too much. But ST prices are £199 for 23 games.

    Great shout actually and not something I'd considered. Fans are being taken for granted these days, but the problem is, for every one that has to stay away, there will always be someone willing to take their place, especially given a bit of success.
