I agree. Hopefully though it may be they intend to extend operating hours to all day Saturday and after 6pm weekdays which would suit us. At the moment I think the drive behind the decision to do this earlier this year was more for the arena than us.

Everything runs to a schedule and the Altrincham tram runs to the Etihad after 8pm Mon - Fri, after 6.30pm Saturday and all-day Sunday. Of course it will probably make more sense after the arena starts operating properly.

Not sure Roald Dahl’s is always the best advice to follow though. Could end up with some weird and dodgy dreams doing that. And start missing letters out of your first name.

It’s nothing to do with being a legal entity, it’s a description of more than one person so it is a collective noun and therefore should use “are” not “is”. Unfortunately most of the world tend to use the Americanised version of English which is why this happens.
