    Declan Rice

I think we have done this in the past when others were our main rivals. I don’t see Rice having the ball playing skills to fit Pep, unless he sees him as a centre back. When I’ve watched him for England I get infuriated when he avoids taking the ball in tight areas but points towards the full...

FA confirm Southgate will stay on until after Euro 2024 (p 101)

Simply put, Southgate has underperformed with the players he had, if there is an alternative then he has to go. It also needs freshening up, thanks for the job you’ve done but can we have an international coach that inspires us and gets us off our seats

    Wales v England - Tue 29th Nov, 19:00 | Group B | World Cup 2022

The main issue for me in the USA game was Rice being unable or unwilling to take the ball under any kind of pressure off Stones or Maguire, it slowed the build up play down. I was surprised how poor he was, Phillips is far more able to either play in the half turn or lay the ball off first time...

Or is 3 at the back a change for this season? We dabbled with it when Mendy came and gives the width to play 2 strikers

Kevin De Bruyne - 2016/17 performances

For me he is brilliant at doing simple things very well, he is v different to Silva. When he is slightly off his game which he is at the moment it is really noticeable, as the things that he gets wrong seem straightforward.

City v Stoke (Semi-final FA Youth cup 2nd leg)

Foden Diaz Smith and the right back really impressed, as did the set up and style replicating the current first team set up. This must make it much easier for them to step up. Enjoyed it as much as a first team game, will be back.

    Daily Express: Nasri to Juve?

Nasri has had his highs and lows for us, but he played much of his time at Arsenal and most if not all of his French caps in the centre. I have felt for him sometimes being the one who has to give us width when Silva tucks in to do his stuff. He's often been at his best when Silva is out injured...

Raheem Sterling - Done - See main forum

Liverpool are trying to protect their reputation and perceived status to their own fans and others. The rolling out of Gerrard, carragher, et al to chip away at Sterlings character is however embarrassing to anyone who doesn't blindly believe the tabloid garbage. It does however make it harder...

    De Bruyne?

If Vinny is suggesting this, then at the very least he's confident of him being a City player next year, if not been given the nod. One down, three to go??

    Tevez

Loved his attitude when he was on the pitch for us, one of our best ever strikers
