    Alex Grimaldo

He's dodgy at defending I agree but seems much better at it than Grimaldo.

    Alex Grimaldo

Plays a lot like Angelino in an attacking sense. However, he seems to do not much defending, whereas Angelino can do some defending...and is £51 million pounds cheaper.

    Vincent Kompany - 2016/17 performances

Vinnie's one saving grace from Pep's axe (for this season at least) is the fact that he used to be a midfielder. One aspect of his game that people seriously underestimate is that he's actually a ball-playing CB as well as a bruising one. Obviously not Pique, but superb. I could make the...

    Tosin Adarabioyo

Given the way we've treated Denayer, I'm certainly with Tosin on this. At the end of the day, it's his career and he wants assurances. Although I can definitely see him as a mainstay at CB for us. He will indeed sign that contract.

    Issa Diop

If he bulks up a little bit, he could very easily be the next Kompany. He is defensively sound however unlike Vinnie, he's very ill disciplined AND CRUCIALLY his passing isn't all that great... 75.5% with an average of 35.5 passes per game. But clearly Pep sees something here.

    Manu Garcia

It wasn't him. Their captain is incidentally ALSO called Manu Garcia. LOL! I only found out a few days ago too, so I'll let you off on this one... ;)

    Denayer and Mangala

Second leg against Steaua, I would like Denayer or Adarabioyo to play. Denayer more so. I get the feeling that Pep isn't Pellegrini (no shit Sherlock) and might actually take a risk on fringe players/youngsters. We have absolutely nothing to lose IMO.

    Steaua Bucharest post-match thread

That was absolutely exceptional. All round good performance. Pep should genuinely consider playing Denayer or Adarabioyo next game. Nothing to lose really.

    John Stones

I'm sure if he does the business we can ignore the monstrous fee. KDB cost a fortune, but did the business and no one bats an eyelid. Same with Martial.

    Tosin Adarabioyo

I think some people are criticising him as if he is Mangala's age, perfectly fine imo but bear in mind the kid is 18 AND already looks like he needs a couple of PL game time here and there just to polish up... I reckon he'll be Kompany's replacement. BOLD STATEMENT TO MAKE!! But I said it so...

    Joshua Kimmich

IM-POS-SI-BLE! I genuinely he can Maffeo into something special rather than buy Kimmich. In fact Kimmich was a nobody until last season.

    Tosin Adarabioyo

I hope he stays so he get's game time. Judging by the way he played against Chelsea he looks like he just needs polishing with a few games here and there.

    Jose Gimenez

I don't know if anyone else has this feeling (probably not), but I'd rather Guardiola turn Mangala into Boateng II. He has every physical attribute for the Prem, just lacks that mental training for football. Plus Gimenez has a £50m release clause. I see something in the lad.

    Mahmoud Dahoud

Wasn't he the one that ran the show in midfield when we won 2-1 against Gladbach? Or am I mistaken? I think he's quite good, but still raw.
  15. J

    Brahim Diaz

I think its safe to say ALL OF US are frothing our mouths at a prospect like Brahim at the hands of someone like Pep. I know for sure I am..! :)

    Kelechi Iheanacho

He's not worth 100k a week. BUT... When you consider Sterling on 180k, Bony (WTF?) on 100k aswell, then why shouldn't be get that kind of payroll? (He's in my eyes better than both combined) But I agree the a comment made earlier, imagine what tone would be set for the EDS lads like Brahim...

    Lorenzo Gonzalez

He's small Aguero. There's no two ways about it. Absolute gem. I mean our possible strike forces for next seasons is ridiculous. Kun, Kelechi, Ambrose, Campbell, Gonzalez, Nmecha to name just a few I can't wait!!

Guardian's nominations for Premiership flop of the season.

I sure as hell remember that ahahaha man I laughed soo hard at that One will be even better with the best coach coming soon The other plays with a manager.... well the league explains it all to be honest

    James Milner

Remember when a certain Raheem Sterling left the Scousers began saying the Ibe was a million times better? Who is Ibe again? ahahahaha, he's worse than Brandon Barker lool. Actually, Barker can actually play, apologies hehe :)

EDS Players Over 21 Next Season

Fofana has first ream experience (Fulham and Bastia) so i'd like to see him get a couple of games before a decision is made
