There is more chance the Rapture has happened than the release of any verdict.

Crumpsall Synagogue Attack - two people confirmed dead, one inadvertently shot by police along with the suspect

Charlton. My father’s Utd dreams for me were crushed early on.

Crumpsall Synagogue Attack - two people confirmed dead, one inadvertently shot by police along with the suspect

Parents do not influence or help shape their children? I take it you are not a believer in the Freudian school of thought on the parental/child dynamic.

    Middle East Conflict

Agreed. It’s about giving a community some breathing space after the shock of an attack in which lives were lost. I don’t think this is a difficult concept.

Not the name perhaps, but the parents giving you a particular name will have influence in shaping you as a person.

Improper allocation of resources is a fair point to make.

    Middle East Conflict

Probably because the attack was in the UK and made on British citizens who he is elected to represent. Not everything has to be about Israel. Sometimes you have to tend to your own backyard.

Crumpsall Synagogue Attack - two people confirmed dead, one inadvertently shot by police along with the suspect

Agreed. The endless emotionally charged commentary just pollutes everything. Outside of the people directly involved no one has a fucking clue as to how or why it went down the way it did. Let the process take its course and see what comes out of the investigation and take it from there.

    The Conservative Party

For what it’s worth, there is a local council by-election near me in Essex which is solid Tory. Talked to the canvassers and it’s a straight fight between Labour and Reform. The Tory vote is on the floor. Can’t see Labour winning given the area, but I’m surprised by how much the Tory vote has...

“We are talking to our clubs about an alternative system. That's not to say we don't think the PSR system works," Masters told an audience at the Leaders sports conference. Nothing says that the current system is working like scrapping it and replacing it with an alternative system.

    Russian invasion of Ukraine

That’s the one :) Right now their one week incursion into Ukraine is 100 odd days short of the time of Hitler fucking them over until Germany surrendered in 1945. Which to me is an insane stat.

    Russian invasion of Ukraine

I think Putin needs it to justify full mobilisation and to cover the failure of the war in Ukraine which in around 100 days will have lasted as long as the Great Patriotic War. I read that Poland is looking to change its domestic law allowing them to act unilaterally and without consulting its...

    The Labour Government

Well it impacted the Govt of the day as they were booted out and are currently languishing in the doldrums, so I would venture they did indeed give a fuck. #Brexitwave.

    I don’t know. Bloody Tories :)

    Russian invasion of Ukraine

You have to wonder when the elites and senior officials start weighing up the choice between making a move on Putin and falling out of a window.

    Russian invasion of Ukraine

The Poles are going to be actively involved before the year’s end. And if one is involved then we are all involved to varying degrees.

    Yes :)

    ID cards.

Yes, so the argument now becomes - do you standardise all photo ID requirements into one document for a variety of services including the right to vote or work in this country? As a native born Englishman, I do understand the instinctive rejection of being compelled to carry proof that I have...
