PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

We all knew that it would take a while of course, what's embarrassing for certain people is quite how badly they have misjudged how long it'd take.

    Musicals

Next you’ll be telling be the nightclub in Cabaret isn’t named after Kit Kat bars. On that note actually, we saw Cabaret on the West End in the summer - absolutely sensational.

There's gotta be more nonces named after chocolate bars than there are nonces on here who like musicals.

    Your Favourite Lyric(s)

I'm trying to get better because I haven't been my best She took a plain black marker, started writing on my chest She drew a line across the middle of my broken heart And said, come on now, let's fix this mess We could get better Because we're not dead yet

    9 | Erling Haaland - 2025/26

Last season is last season though, I would be on your side last season but this year he does genuinely look like our only player capable of getting goals on a regular basis and while there are many assists that deserve credit (like Nico's on Saturday) Haaland is also getting a fair few goals...

    9 | Erling Haaland - 2025/26

Seriously in the running to eventually become my favourite City player ever, which is something I thought I’d never say about anyone ever again five years ago. While I’ll concede his overall game has improved significantly this season I still have to insist it was never anywhere near as weak...

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Remember the Tolmie golden rule: if he says something that turns out to be wrong, it was our fault for misinterpreting him.

    9 | Erling Haaland - 2025/26

Anyone who thinks his all round play isn’t good enough is simply in denial because the idea of an exceptional goalscorer who isn’t shite at passing and dribbling is alien to them.

    52 | Oscar Bobb - 2025/26

Doku’s bad decision making comes from an earnest place, Bobb is well aware that ‘let’s try and dribble through the whole team’ is a silly plan but does it anyway because that’s what’s best for him.

    52 | Oscar Bobb - 2025/26

His assist in the Wolves game was down to a brilliant finish by Reijnders, the pass itself should have been fairly straightforward for a City player but he underhit it and if not for the fact that Tijjani hit a perfect shot we would be talking about Bobb wasting an incredibly promising...

    7 | Omar Marmoush - 2025/26

He had a brilliant game against Newcastle but outside of that my overall feeling is he’s probably not a Premier League-winning level player.

    Glastonbury 2025

Not commenting on their music or his politics, but 'Bob Vylan' is at best a decent name for a drag queen.

Why is there not a statue of Yaya?

Treated the club badly and wasn’t a key player for long enough really.

Grealish left out of the CWC squad (pg34)

The only year Jack’s league input has been better than Savio’s debut season, or either of Doku’s seasons, was the treble season (and that was only marginally better). And those two have the excuse of being young and clearly developing. I just don’t see a place in a top football team for a...

Grealish left out of the CWC squad (pg34)

Laughable if he thinks his output has been anywhere near good enough. Maybe he’s not the super humble down-to-earth guy everyone paints him as.

Would like to just take a moment to say that your selection is one of my very favourite songs ever written. I also really like this one:

Ordered a set of blackout curtains and a Ring doorbell to make sure I would never have to interact with my neighbours ever again. Unfortunately I was out when they were delivered

    It's Quiet the £250m return

I’m not worried about that. Bernardo Silva has, all things considered, been incredible for us, I’d say only one tier below the level required to snag a statue. His output has been awful for a few stretches of his time here, but it doesn’t matter at all because he’s amazing at the important stuff.
