Because he isn't stupid. There's massive competition for a starting spot in RM - politics play a huge factor. Unless he comes in as a "galactico" - he's not going to start regularly.

But there's two other possibilities: 1) You genuinely feel sorry, and post - hey "I'm so sad" and "I'm contributing xxx"; 2) You know for sure that posting the fact that you're contributing will influence others - but maybe your hope is that it will convince/shame others into contributing...

He already has a more than generous offer from Milan in terms of salary from the club he loves best - it's the way too high transfer fee that's in the way. Raiola is rightly stepping in and nixing the deal - but it'll get done, IMO, eventually.

This is likely just Raiola at work to get Milan to drop their buyout clause to 40ML, instead of 100ML in their new deal. For me Donnarumma ends up at Milan with a transfer fee of less than 100ML in his new deal (50-60ML?).

I think we're very much a dark horse to sign Mbappe - he wants to play for RM but not this year. If he performs well next year, then he's almost certainly off to RM.
