George Floyd murder | Clashes between US police and protestors

I don’t know why people are making this far left vs far right. The BLM wasn’t organised by the far left and the thought process behind it was equality. Unfortunately, a minority of violent people ruined it for the larger cause. The protest today was organised by tommy Robinson I believe, with...

George Floyd murder | Clashes between US police and protestors

When was it confirmed the violence at the BLM protests was far left? We know tommy robinson asked everyone to come out and “protect monuments” today but I don’t remember anyone doing the same for the far left?

George Floyd murder | Clashes between US police and protestors

The BLM protests aren’t causing more division between black and white people, they’re causing more division between racists and anti racists.

George Floyd murder | Clashes between US police and protestors

I can’t believe people are saying they’ve lost all respect for the movement after the scenes in London. It was a small minority of people being violent, and the other protests around the country including Manchester were peaceful. It’s almost like these people are looking for a reason not to...

    COVID-19 — Coronavirus

It can cause physical symptoms, but the disorder itself is a mental health problem. Some people with anxiety disorders have psychological symptoms with no physical symptoms at all.

    COVID-19 — Coronavirus

I have seen many videos from China/Iran/Italy and they don’t to me look like scenes caused by a disease that can just be dealt with through select isolation and herd immunity. If this method is such a simple/good way of coping, then why are we in the minority in terms of how countries are...

    COVID-19 — Coronavirus

you can’t just shut elderly and vulnerable people away though, many use food banks, need regular hospital visits, carers etc and don’t have family or friends to help them, so have to use public transport.

I wonder why boris’ scientific advisors are following a different route to most other countries scientific advisors?

    COVID-19 — Coronavirus

Politics has a huge role to play in this though as governments are the ones deciding how to cope. It will be interesting to see which country ends up dealing with it the best in terms of infection and death rates.

If Sterling is so bad people need to start questioning why pep keeps playing him.

    #7 | Raheem Sterling - 2019/20 Performances

I agree it’s fine to say he’s having a bad spell but like a post above the difference in reactions to him and Bernardo is noticeable. When Bernardo was in bad form it was “come on chap get back to form soon” or “where is Bernie of last season :(“ when it’s raheem it’s “fuck off” “I’d sell to...

People on here wanting Sterling and Jesus out is crazy, the same people who would be disappointed with anything less than mbappe.

United (A) - League Cup SF Post-Match Thread

Great overall but I would’ve loved it if the players had the same drive to embarrass them as the fans do in the 2nd half.

    Gary Neville

Toxic atmospheres are caused by fans who can’t control themselves and overreact. Any fan with self control won’t create a toxic atmosphere that could have serious consequences just because a player is holding the ball for longer than they’d like.
