Fab is doubling down in the comments.. someone find the internal bookkeeping of who's the real owner of the lad. Not just of where he is registered as a player. I am not sure why he hasn't corrected it on Twitter.
Wonder if hes losing his Euro chance with this move.. sad for the lad. Maybe Southgate will watch him more now and put him out of the squad if hes not playing the majority of the games for West Ham. Easier to be on the bench for City and go to a tournament. I doubt it though.
The competition will be murder next season. Grealish will have to step up til the end of the season.
Been one of the best players in La Liga this season, will go nowhere.
Getting better, starting to go on more (trademark) runs now as well. Him with Rodri will never lose easy balls, the team will get higher up the pitch, cos the opponent dont dare to pressure them cos they just show the ball as a tease and then release it. Incredible close control.
Couto is not that good really.. needs perfect conditions and alternates between fb and winger, a lot of games at not that high level and then he explodes in one game, great talent though, Savio is a gem though and an incredible maverick 1 v. 1.
Pep just said he even had the opportunity to go on loan.. (embargoed) but turned it down. Wants to fight himself back into the side obviously. Getting subbed in would be a good start though.
Barca official number from La Liga limit came now.. 270m ouch. Its probably without some of the non-payed out levers still though that will probably arrive before the winter that will take it up to around 400m now, thats the explanation that has been given in the press (edit: Tebas confirmed...
Personally I think Bellingham and Mac Allister wanted to go where they went and made that clear pretty early in the process.. like may, and then the other clubs moved on. It's not such a big deal really. I would have loved both though.
Barcelona's wage bill has been dropped to 404 (from 566* last season) million euros.. quite amazing actually. Will probably have a summer next season where they bail out the players they probably already have informal (cos cant have option/obligation to sign cos La Liga FFP) agreements with...
I think he was a bit surprisingly good actually. And I agree with Murphy on Talksport when you got 2 holders really Ward-Prowse could do that job excellent I think.
I am not worried after seeing him all through the U21 in the summer, he will do a good job in most places unless he gets too many 1v1 against himself as a left back.
Seems like very few really buys a pure specialised 6.. not Newcastle, Man City cover for Rodri or Liverpool, looks like Tuchel really wants it though. And lets see what happens with United and Amrabat
