I’ve wondered this as well. I could see LVG and Jose ignoring him, but you’d think Moyes and Ole wouldn’t have as huge egos. Seems either he’s out of it or he’s out of it.
It wouldn’t matter what he said, someone somewhere would take offense and the whole thing flares up again. He’s being a good friend by not adding fuel to the fire.
