£10 F&B Credit - All Season Ticket Holders

Is this supposed to be instead of the sub-standard gift we used to get each season?

Haven't received mine and I don't use the NFC as it never seems to work so not holding out any hope. I always have to go on the 'Show Code' option instead.

Sub-standard gift? Them laces made a great birthday present for the grandson. And the confetti ended up as my present at the grand daughter's wedding...she loved it! Sub-standard my arse!

Laces? Don't know what address my account is addressed to to be honest, but I haven't received anything this year?!! Might have been my mothers and she's misplaced them. If they were only laces she's welcome to them. Haha.

With inflation I was considering keeping the streamers from Sunday as bog roll.

You do not need to do anything to be eligible for this credit, it’s simply a thank you from us for your loud and loyal support.

The continued rollout of this credit follows successful deployment in 93:20 and Level One at recent fixtures.

To best manage the operational roll-out of this credit, we are gifting it to Season Ticket Members in sections. All Season Ticket Members in Level Two of the Etihad Stadium will be able to access their credit from Thursday 26th December at our next Premier League fixture against Everton.

Season Ticket Members located elsewhere in the Etihad Stadium will receive their credit soon.

We have already added the credit to your NFC Mobile Season Ticket or Physical Season Ticket, to be redeemed at Food & Beverage kiosks around the stadium. You simply need to scan your Season Ticket at any Food & Beverage kiosks to receive the credit. Please see more information below.

You will be able to redeem this at any men’s home match at the Etihad Stadium until the end of March 2025. Alongside the credit, Season Ticket Members will continue to receive a 10% discount for all Food & Beverage transactions.

How to use your £10 Food and Beverage credit

  1. Order food and drink at any Food & Beverage kiosk
  2. Scan your NFC Mobile Season Ticket, or Physical Season Ticket, at the dedicated scanner
  3. £10 (or the total value of the transaction, whichever is less)* will be discounted off the total balance
  4. Pay any difference as normal
*Any unused credit will remain on your account for future use, until the end of March 2025.

If you do not have your Season Ticket downloaded as NFC or a Physical Season Ticket you will not be able to claim the credit. This means if your match ticket displays as a QR Code or you have a printed ticket, you will not be able to claim your credit.​
