£199 for this classed “Corporate Hospitality”

City phoned me and offered this for corperate hospitality for the Liverpool game.. Meet at the academy stadium get a pie & pint and a seat on the half way line in the East Stand, for only £199... How can they justify the price of that, it basically works out at £190 for a match ticket..

Last time I did this, was for CIty vs Arsenal back in something like 2008. It was £55 for exactly the same thing.

Now I know were are a different proposition since when Sven GE was in charge, but £55 to £199 in 10 years? That's some inflation.

I thought alcohol was banned for European games?

Juventus at home 2015, the surprised face is because i sneaked in and got a pint and told the wife booze wasn't available at European matches

Interesting fact is that our Supporters Club Branch has only received an allocation of 2 tickets for the derby. That's less than we had for the game at the Swamp in December. It doesn't affect most of us as we have seasoncards but it does suggest to me that City have identified the immense potential for corporate income from the game, rather than offer normal priced seats to SC's. That's the way football is nowadays.

I believe the club now monitors how strongly supporters sing and if they leave early. Under performing on either of these results in a reduced allocation for Supporter Clubs
