Hatem ben arfa as we are going to need a play maker or an attacking mid because i cannot see us playing with adebayor all the time he is too lazy and this affects tevez too much,hatem would bring pace,trickery and someone who can link the attack and the midfield well,also his versatility would be very useful to the team as he can play in all 3 attacking roles apart from striker. = 18 millions pounds.
