I wish Manchester City would come up with a new plan for a breakaway League from the Premier League and Sky
all it would take is a major internet company to win TV rights and back a new 4 tier League system with double what Sky offer clubs, I even think doubling the money for TV rights would still be cheap and they still make a major profit.
