How about his cross second half Haaland headed poorly over? No lets look at the first half ones. Steady today. Again rarely lost the ball but again needs to take more risks at times.A couple of poor crosses in the first half but he just does not give the ball away and continually takes up intelligent positions. Desperately needs a galloping left-footed fullback to run behind him so as to create more angles, and I’m sure the club will find someone.
Think you’re over accentuating my first clause. I thought he was extremely good and kept possession really well; he also carries the ball quite quickly over the surface, which is something Sterling did well, and which helps tire opponents. He missed one good opportunity to play a ball over the top for Haaland but was generally good. How about his cross second half Haaland headed poorly over? No lets look at the first half ones. Wtf?! The ball from Kev and Haaland’s run made that goal.He made haalands second, down in the left back position, kept the ball, had a look opened their press with the ball to (ilkay I think) on to kev, quality ball into haaland and the big fucker showed his stuff, excellent
Pep himself highlighted his role in that goal in his post match interview, so unless you feel like you know better than the boss I suggest you give it a closer lookWtf?! The ball from Kev and Haaland’s run made that goal.
Have another look, go back 20 seconds ,that's the problem, people only remember the goals and assistWtf?! The ball from Kev and Haaland’s run made that goal.
Absolutely stop on. Playing him as winger is wasting him. He will never succeed as a winger. He should be playing in the middle. I get there is a stamina issue but it will comeFoden and Mahrez are better wingers, they are more dangerous in the final third
Jack played well from the perspective of a midfielder not a winger, cause he didn’t do anything dangerous near the opponent’s box
What he did was carrying the ball, controlling tempo, making accurate passes and etc..
He will never succeed here as a winger. Same story as Bernardo’s
Ps If we had lost points here, people who write Jack was great, would write that he was shite :D
The truth is he does these things in every game, since the last year

I’m sure if you ask Pep what was the crucial part he’d agree the defence splitting pass from the worlds best midfielder and the run is what it really hinged on.Pep himself highlighted his role in that goal in his post match interview, so unless you feel like you know better than the boss I suggest you give it a closer look
Why will it come? He’s not exactly a youngsterAbsolutely stop on. Playing him as winger is wasting him. He will never succeed as a winger. He should be playing in the middle. I get there is a stamina issue but it will come
This is what most on here don’t seem to understand. He must be involved in at least 60/70% of the goals City score when he’s on the pitch. He never loses the ball and does a job that he probably gets a bit frustrated with. I’m more than happy with his contributions so far and he’s deffo getting betterHe made haalands second, down in the left back position, kept the ball, had a look opened their press with the ball to (ilkay I think) on to kev, quality ball into haaland and the big fucker showed his stuff, excellent
