Think your right and it is probably best for Jack to move on don't think he thrives in a rigid system which stiffles his game bit like Palmer in that respect, a Jack given a free role will probably thrive.I actually think the complete opposite. He loves the game and would be playing Sunday mornings in the park if he hadn’t made it as a pro
It’s the requirements and discipline of it being a job, at the elite level, that is harder for him
