11 | Jeremy Doku - 2024/25

Fuck it, let's just bleed the youngsters this season. Throw every expectation out the window and take whatever comes from this season. Pep signing the extension would be the biggest win for us, that and the introduction of a few hungry youngsters from the youth setup. Sure we could sign one or two players in January but before then we need to force some youngsters in there. Pusey's a start, we need more

Still fairly early days, but it's shaping up to be a pretty disastrous signing when you factor in cost, fitness, impact and the fact that he was likely one of the catalysts for Palmer pushing to leave.

I hope I'm proved wrong and it all clicks, but I just can't ever see him being the productive/efficient forward that this squad craves (despite him being quite an exciting player to watch). Buying him for £55m while letting Palmer go for less will always been seen as a colossal cock up.

He had a very suspect injury history before we bought him too, so I don't think this should come as a massive surprise.

Everyone in our squad is injury prone it’s funny at this point.

2nd season for him, big pressure on him to deliver. he had good spells in his debut season, few great games albeit general feeling was his first 6 weeks was the best last season and then the usual stuff was said let him bed in, first season, young and will improve in time. now in his second season I want more but up to date with various injuries as well this season is quite bad for him and feels like his end product is about as Grealish's, nowhere near to what Mahrez delivered before. dont think we can afford all our wingers with minimal assists and goals.
