Yeah would expect him to have at least one of them with him. Even Rodders would have struggled this season without help as the others have simply physically fallen off a cliff

Probably him and Kovacic and or Bernardo. Like against Chelsea minus the Gundogan. Or it wil just be 2 man with Kovacic.

Is his awareness of space like David Silva & heading ability like Les Ferdinand too?

I hope he is closer to Rodri than Javi Garcia, truth is probably he is somewhere in between. if he is not levels above Yorkshire Pirlo than we have a problem.

Phillips even in his first 2-3 games looked so much out of place, slower and worried like he was shocked by our level and that was certainly a much different side in autumn of 2022 compared to now ad never really got comfortable.
