bar lennon, i cant think of a better english winger. (cue me having forgotten ablatantly obvious one). swp is a waste of space, and if either him or walcott get to the WC before him itll be a disgrace. my current 23 man squad would be:

i agree with this also. SWP's form hasn't been great this season and i think it's too late for Johnson to get in the squad, especially with all the players who can play right mid..lennon, walcott, young, milner, Cole

Johnson should go he's a left mid who can play well on the right too, so if its a choice between the two its got to be Johnson on form also. A quality signing for us would love to see him at the world cup.

Shaun deserves to go. He's played quite a bit under capello and has done well for him in the qualifiers etc. Was unlucky not to make it in '06 really,would be a shame if he misses out again.
