That's pretty much perfect bar not having white lettering and I'm pretty sure that's an Etihad thing, not a Nike thing, at least they pay us well.

The pic of the actual thing (or fake?) City Watch posted looks rather cheap. So I guess it's the actual thing.
Also the stripes in the badge included white rather than just shades of blue - are they altering the badge? Sure I saw that somewhere else official recently.
