Anyone seen this yet? If not then you must. I went over the weekend and those two hours flew by. The way it is filmed is unlike anything I've seen before. Hats off to everyone involved and I hope it wins the lot at the Oscars. Hopefully it will kickstart other film-makers into making great WW1 films.

I'm looking forward to seeing it mate.
I absolutely love stuff like this especially the Peter Jackson colorized versions of the wars.

Saw the movie on the weekend.
A great movie indeed, but brilliant? Not so sure.
The idea of one continuous shot was done well but I wanted it to give me more than what it did.
Didn't seem like 2 hours running time which was a good sign. Some good scenes but some iffy ones too.
Maybe I was just hoping for too much.

Am I the only one who thought it looked shit?

I will go and see it purely because of the reviews but I thought the advert looked like every war film ever.

I’m sure I will based on the reviews but I just didn’t get the hype following the advert release.

I’ll probably see it this weekend so will report back with my opinion.

A war film probably will look like a war film. What you expecting Laser guns ;-)
