Could some kind techno on here please tell me which of these is best for streaming or doesn’t it matter oh it’s for the fire stick so wireless of course many thanks ..

Either/or. Just pick one, and if it works leave it. If it doesn't change it.

A lower frequency generally has more power (more range), but either frequency could be prone to RF interference from inductive loads on the system (anything with a motor/solenoid).
Just changed it about 20 mins ago onto 5ghz seems better was sticking a lot on the 2.4 ghz ..

5ghz is better PERIOD!

It's just faster, has less interference from other devices and is less vulnerable to wifi drops!

It's only downside is the max distance is about 35-40 feet so about 3 rooms away from the wifi router.

I actually have 2 routers in my house on opposite sides which both use 5ghz rather than 1 which uses 2.4ghz. It's called a mesh system but you only need it if you have a big house!

Yep on 5ghz I get 250 on 2.4 I get 80

Stick with 5GHz in general. 2.4GHz tends to be a polluted bit of the radio spectrum these days. 2.4GHz is also the same frequency that microwave ovens use so you may experience worse performance in the early evening as microwave ovens tend to “leak” as they get older.

As @Trevor Morley's Tache says, other devices may cause RF interference due to a whole range of issues including badly suppressed contacts on relays/solenoids or even non compliant electronic equipment. I’ve even seen those tacky animated singing Christmas trees cause so much interference they blocked a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi system (noisy motors attached to bits of wire that radiated the interference.

Main advantage of 2.4GHz is that you don’t get as much absorption and reflection loss from internal walls as you do with 5GHz. So if you’re a long way from your router 2.4GHz may be a better option.
