It will always bite you on the bum to make premature predictions but looking at Arsenal v Spurs I can't help but think that this year is a two horse race to the top.

I wouldn't be surprised if Manure and Ars fight out the remaining two spots.

Anyone disagree?

But results count if Arsenal wins this one, they will be ahead of us. So lets just not write Arsenal or anybody else off. Premier League is very unpredictable league.

Am thinking the same thing watching this "derby" match.

On quality Chelsea and City have the edge.

Arsenal just don't strike me as side that can stand the pressure required to go all the way.

Liverpool are a shadow without Suarez.

Think we just have to stay close to them and see where we are in the new year. We looked better than them last week.

Having seen the so called pretenders for 3rd and 4th spots this weekend, i.e Arse, Scum, Dippers, Blue Dippers and Spuds, then I think Arse are slightly the better of a bad bunch. Pick any 1 from the rest.

the chavs will only win the league if our injuries pile up , we have 15-16 top players , and our first XI is far better than theirs , (the reason maureen parks his chelsea tractor everytime he plays us) but they have squad depth of nearer 20 players , suspensions and injuries will decide it.

As of now i think chelsea will walk the league..

If CFC walk, we'll stand a chance. Let's see how we do next Saturday against the mighty Spuds.

Huh... I've just booked a coach to Villa :/

we dont even want the prem, all about europe this year.

Thought we were down for the premier league again and rake the easy route in Europe next season? I wish for this season just think our style of high pressing tough tackling play is gonna cause us problems with officials in Europe. Fingers xd!!

Put it this way, if we come above Chelsea we will win the league. I just don't see the other sides being able to raise a challenge throughout a season.

1st City
2nd Chelsea
3rd Arsenal
4th not a clue rags, Liverpool, Everton & Spurs all look gash. Be great to see Southampton hold out but then again I've probably more chance of the lottery.

I believe Chelsea lose Costa or 1 of Cahill, Terry for any length of time they'll suffer because they don't have top quality back ups. Also fancy us to beat Chelsea at the bridge as the home crowd will want them to play and not sit back and (providing everyone's fit) that'll suit us.

For fuck's sake; they've pulled the game forward, after me booking flights and accommodation for three weeks' time as well.

Definitely agree. I think it'll be Arsenal and United to round out the top 4. The rest of the Champions League pretenders are varying levels of shitty, while United have a ridiculous attack which should see them through I think, and Arsenal in the top 4 is almost a fact of life at this point. Almost.

Do you really think the eye gouger gives a fuck what the home crowd at the Kremlin thinks?

Arsenal have a bad injury situation now when they can least afford it:

No Ramsey, Arteta or Giroud for Galatassaray then Chelsea. If Chelsea beat them next weekend there'll be 9 points behind Chelsea. That would make it a two-horse race.

The injury to Giroud is really hurting Arsenal.
