Psychology is fascinating. How can a guy who was unhappy and wanted to leave for a long time take such a huge step up in performance levels? You'd always expect it to have the opposite effect.

his agent likely told him that he needs to perform if he want's his 'dream move'.. That's my guess anyway.

A longer summer and having fans back in the ground probably had something to do with it.

Bernado you are that inspirational you mesmerise people to a level thats never been seen before.

Long may it continue you are pleasure an absolute icon and a joy to watch.

We are honoured to witness your talent.

Long may it continue.

I salute you Sir.

Make him the highest paid player in the team.
Hard to argue with that comment. Since he has joined us he has been nothing put a pleasure to watch. For the fans his work rate to start with is out of this world, Watching him on the ball he's wasy on the eye. He is every managers dream.
Can't believe the stick he got on this forum at one point.
He's the porn of football and this season he has been by far our best player yet again.

Top professional.

I remember saying if we lost him, whilst I'd be sad as he's very likable, it wouldn't be the end of the world as he's replaceable in what he does. This was at a time when we were using him on the wing though.

In the middle he's a different beast, love what he brings to the team, comfortably our best player this season, and always seems to turn up in big games.

I've no doubt the club will do everything they can to convince him to stay, we'd be mad not to, just need to hope he has a change of heart through the course of the season and sees how good he has it here.

So he is and he isn't replaceable.

He isn't replaceable in that we could sign every top player for the next 30 years and none of them would be able to do what he does. When he goes we'll definitely miss him.

However (and I say this for literally any City player), if he goes we'd have/find someone else who can do just a good a job in their own way. We've never found a player that could do what either of Touré or D. Silva could do but we've got on just fine.

At the level we're at almost every player brings something unique to the table that makes them irreplaceable directly.

As for now though I'll say I'm 1000% glad he's with us.
