One that's slipped in under the radar here is Ricardo Rodriguez to Milan. He's been touted as one of the top potential left backs in Europe for a number of years now, looks like Milan are getting some very decent deals done this summer as mentioned above.Just updating the OP with a few transfers of note (Over £5m or any team in the top 7 leagues in the champions league) that I may have missed below:

Hull got £100m from last season, they simply do not need to sell. If he was coming from a Championship club not recently in the Premier League he'd be less than £10m.
