Saturday’s edition of Record has a big report explaining 21 yo CB Francisco Reis Ferreira, better known as Ferro, was the target of Begiristain's interest.

He certainly looked like one to keep an eye on. His general decision making was good, as well as his touch and his pace.Daniel James from Swansea was ridiculously good today. His work rate is immense

If Kompany and Otamendi both play for us next season, we don’t need a CB. Don’t need a CM as we have Kev, Merlin, Bernardo, Gundogan and Foden (also Nmecha and Bernabe who could get some minutes next season). We have 2 great strikers in Aguero and Jesus, so we don’t need another ST. Personally I believe Zinch and Mendy should be good enough for LB, but maybe a new LB is needed if Mendy can’t stay injury free for the rest of the season. 100% agree with a DM thoughWhom do we need

Plenty of players on our books that could be a very good DM. Matt Smith, Tommy Doyle, Iker Pozo, Claudio Gomes, Aleix Garcia, Douglas Luiz, Zinchenko...We only need a DM , if we don’t get one we’ll manage.

I do think so (and hope so) as well. But I also believe Zinch could be a very good DM. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of good DMs available in the market right nowZinchenko is currently our first choice left back and will probably be that for the next few years.

CM- im guessing gundogan will be sold if he doesnt want to sign new contractWe only need a DM , if we don’t get one we’ll manage.
CB - Kompany hasnt been given new contract yet, rumours of Nico not being happy with playtime could be sold
LB- Mendy,Well enough said. Delph not good enough. Zinchenko proved himself good enough for back up
ST- Maybe a sort of winger/striker as possibly mahrez will be sold and gabby is injury prone and aguero cant do it all alone..

in all seriousness, these are the positions i think we need filled (st cdm cb rb). zinchenko, mendy could and should be enough at lb since laporte can also fill in there.
felix, palaversa + luiz, garcia/sandler, wan bissaka. so rather than lb cdm being main looks this summer, i'd get gundo and zin signed up with new contracts. go after wan bissaka and the next big thing up top. felix or jovic.
