Around 25 years ago I travelled down to South Wales on a Sunday evening and there'd been a big football match on at the Millennium stadium (think one of the teams was Blackburn)
The traffic heading away from Cardiff on the motorway was horrific

Great venue. Saw Bolton in a play off final and then League Cup final in the early 2000's.

City centre location with some great pubs, bars and restaurants close by and Cardiff central railway station 6 mins walk away. Lots of City centre parking too. For me a far superior experience to that shit hole called Wembley.

Nice stadium from what i remember.I was thats pissed against TNS there was 4 balls on the pitch at all time. Good day out. The sheep shagging songs in the concourse were good.
