22 | Vitor Reis - 2024/25

Not seen enough but he isn't fast but when defender he did the basic like head the ball away to the side not towards midfield and kicked the ball out for a throw in!

What gets me we spent like 30m on him why not play one of our own youth players? Maybe if this kid was in our youth team pep wouldn't have give him the time of day..
We need to look at our youth team differently. It looks as though only unique standout talent will be only good enough to even get a look in.

If you dont reach that level then getting game time wont happen, instead you will be sold making the club a healthy income.

Hence why we still look to bring young players in as 1st team starters

just popping in to vent slight concern. £30m and hes played a game and a half in the FA cup

I’d have him playing RB as often as possible to get minutes and I think he can step into middle given that he looked very comfortable on the ball

Hard for City to buy a player for less than that these days. He's is kid in a new country, if we can take our time with him it'll probably help him in the long run.

We bought Akanji for half the price. Still I take your point, its not easy.

That's on Pep. We all know he likes playing his favourites even if they have been awful for months. Meanwhile, this kid can't get a game in the PL.
