Always difficult to see a truly world class player coming to the end of his career , he was OK against Southampton but obviously not the player he was , he and Aguero deserve a Champs league medal before they leave sincerely hope we can provide it.

Just pleased Moss at least managed to book him having sadly failed in his quest to hand the Saints all 3 points.
 
Think his age is starting to show in his performances, and possibly, with the much lessened game time he is having this season, there's less momentum going for him.

Nevertheless, still love him to bits and hopefully he stays with us as a coach/assistant.

Moss could, and actually should, have sent Fern off last night. He got away with 2 fouls after the booking which were nailed on yellow cards for stopping counter attacks but Moss didn't bother going back to him after playing advantage. Given he got his yellow in the 82nd minute, I actually thought he was trying to get sent off by the end.

If he'd done that to a Southampton player, it would be more complained about than the 2 penalty incidents.

Fernandinho is probably the only City player on the pitch who shouldn't be complaining about Moss' refereeing.
 
Surprised there's no mention of the brilliant little cameo he played. Doesn't look a day over 25.

That's Dinho for you though - still under the radar, after all these years.
