I can't believe that in this day and age, a premiership match can be called off for a frozen pitch !!
It's only a couple of years ago that they managed to get a f%%%ing roof on the away section of Fratton Park!
City should have been awarded the three points as punishment to Portsmouth for being thirty years behind civilisation by not getting some decent undersoil heating. Now we are going to have to play two games in close succession to catch up on the games backlog. Award the points to City I say

I cant really argue that the game was called off due to weather. I mean in was

MINUS 7

the night before and maybe -5, -6, -5 for the 3 days previous.

The only thing they have done wrong is not call the game off earlier.
