I have been reading into this myself recently, and have come to the conclusion that it would just be too much hassle and a waste of money
First off you will need to get a dish (they are far bigger than the standard sky ones), then a box that would need to be compatible with the CAMs you subscribe to. The subscription to the channels costs around £300 each year.
DigitALB (Albanian tv package) was apparently the best one to subscribe to for 3pm footy with a reasonably sized dish. However they have lost the 3pm kick offs so only show the games that we get on sky or espn anyway (Premiership games anyway). Same with a few of the others such as AlJazeera sports and the ART sports
The only packages that are reasonable to get are the Turksat one where the package is quite a bit (Think it was well over £800 per year) and the South African Showsports channels (has all 3pm games plus the others), however to get the Showsports channels you will need a dish size of a minimum of about 2m which is huge.
I might be wrong on a few things what I have said, but this is what I have gathered from reading around various sites
