After that first 65 minutes I think a few on here should stick to Football Manager. You got your 4-4-2 and it was fuckin awful.

Looked far better when we went 4-5-1 when SIlva came on and what a goal from our Spanish Assasin.

All credit to Blackpool. I hope they are still with us next season. They impressed me.

after 60 minutes, we was screming out for ade off and a extra midfielder on. tevez alone up front from the start seems to work. then if we need to make a change, bring on a extra striker. mancini needs to stick to what he knows an not bow to media/ supporter pressure.

no one wants 4-4-2 but just cause you have two forwards on the pitch doesnt mean you play that system

the people that have been criticising RM for being too negative dont want a 4-4-2 (or i certainly dont anyway)....

there are numerous ways we shold play but tev upfront on his own is relying an awful lot on him to keep creating goals for himself (like his second today)

-----------gk--------

----------back 4------

---------dejong-----

aj/swp--- yaya---- milner/silva-------

------------tev-----------------

-----------ade-------

or variations of that with dfifferent players

or 4-3-3

------------gk------------------

----------back 4-----------------

-yaya--------dejong---------milner

tev---------ade------------balo

fullbacks provide the width with this formation (again you could vary the personnel)

today RM went with a straight 4-4-2 and it didnt work and never will when you have dejong and barry as the midfield central pairing...neither are creative or very attacking and that was the problem

Ade had a stinker, undeniable....

But............so did Nige, Barry wasn't himself, Bridge was weak and they targetted him big time, Milner in general looks sluggish, and all in all, they played some good stuff while we were pedestrian. Better to come from us for sure, and I believe Blackpool will upset some more good teams this season.
