He’s definitely soft, as he goes down like he’s been shot almost every game. Only to be up and running about again a minute later. He was playing badly for months before those divs started singing about his mum

Hi softness is reflected in his complete inability never to put a tackle in
 
Hopefully a long rest over the summer for him. Don't think the tactical choices on Saturday helped him out much.

Won't give up on Phil Foden, he's only young & potentially dealing with some long running illness, which is going to change the way his body feels.
Last season proved what he can be and I'm sure we'll see that player again.

100% this.

He should already be resting on holiday, left out of the CWC nonsense, and allowed to have a proper break until July.

He burned out over 23/24 playing the best season of his life. Proper rest is what's needed if anyone wants to see him at anywhere near his best in the future.

It did seem that something was going on within the England squad.
Phil looked on the outs, he was played out of position and they weren't getting him involved in the play.
He just doesn't seem to be part of the clique there.

If this season's form is down to health issues, i would give him the summer off and i wouldn't take him to the CWC.

You do realise that there's a difference between a player's wife having a baby and a player having a debilitating disease, right?

If he have disease, he should take a sick leave and come back when he is fit.


If he have disease why Pep is playing sick Foden ahead of fit Grealish ?
