Stones has literally history of being fragile. Hes not a new signing, this is is fifth season and finally started show something this season consistently, but now its fallen apart again.

Nothings fallen apart at all. He's half a yard from where he needed to be to cut the ball out, it was an excellent ball and as stated above dias did the exact same thing at the weekend only the ball wasn't as good and he should have cut it out yet no suggestion he's crumbled. The red card was just unfortunate, he was good In between that tonight, was good against dortmund and was the best player on the pitch against Leeds. You've dramatised a tiny marginal error that he's unfortunate to get caught out on.

Poor today but has played brilliantly all season. Ederson could have bailed him out but he just doesn't make saves.
He'll start against PSG and rightly so.

He’s had a fantastic season. A few mistakes in recent weeks don’t change that.

At the end of the season he will be rightly lorded as one of the main players involved in our success. He didn’t have a good game tonight and hasn’t been at his best for a few weeks. I don’t think rotation suits him.

Not going to pile on Stones , he has made couple of dodgy mistakes recently and he need to get back to basics again, but on the whole has been brilliant all season , current first choice pairing should be Dias & Laporte but Stones will still get some games , a couple of shaky games shouldnt undo all the good things he has done this season.

We aren’t where we are this season without this lad, he’s fucking carried that defence (and the attack ffs) at times. Deserves to be cut some slack.
