He’s the reason we where comfortable with Palmer leaving.
I don’t think it will be the same as Foden/ Sancho where various people considered Sancho was the better player to begin with and made the right moves, to now Foden being the winner of the 2z
I think Palmer will do very well, but I expect Bobb to really blossom.
There will be more, but I have seen 3 moments of absolute quality from Oscar Bobb.
- The delayed pass to create space in setting up Foden (?) to set up a goal
- The footwork before the finish v Newcastle
- The touch against Brentford to open up the space.
He’s an absolute talent and given time, he’s got the potential to be a key player in the best team in the world.
