6 Home games left...

So let's make Fulham this weekend sound like a Home game... we've a full allocation so let's make some noise. It's a small stadium and the Fulham fans are mostly middle class prawn sandwhich munchers and their kids so I for one will be embarrassed if they outsing us.

Every point is critical and we need to try and pick up the maximum from each game if we want to get that coveted fourth spot. Vocal support both home and away can make a massive difference - just look at how well Stoke do at home for christ's sake, a big part of it is due to the noise that their fans make. Part of the reason the Scum do so well at the Swamp is that they create a forbidding atmosphere which can affect both the opposition and even the referee (6 minutes OT my arse) so let's get everyone - Colin Bell, East Stand, South Stand, North Stand - on their feat and belting out bluemoon till the end of the season.

It's a cliché but it's true that fans can be the 12th man that can help lift a team to victory... a big part of our future is in our hands so let's do everthing we can to ensure that we are playing Champions' League football next season.

I don't think we've anywhere near the full allocation, we may have sold out, but it was a small allocation we took due to the price. I certainly refused to pay £49, its an outrage.

Ok, but we've sold all the tickets we had anyway.

And I agree £49 is ridiculous but f*** it it's the run in and I want to be there cheering them on. It'll be worth it if we finish 4th.

It's bizarre to think that after all these years improving players and tactics, the most obvious advantage (apart from cash) is to play at home instead of away.

Fulhams home record is Won 9 Drawn 2 Lost 3. Only two teams (Wolves and Pompey) have rubbish home records.

You'd think someone would have cracked the psychology and tactics of this by now.

I wanted to be there too, but as I don't earn £100k+ per year I couldn't afford it, plus all the other costs involved. Its one of my favourite away games, but run in or not, I wasn't paying £49 each, Fulham can go f**k themselves.

1700 allocation it said on the OS, I was quite surprised we sold out tbh.

When Fulham won their last round in the Europa League, it was mentioned quite a few times on here.

I've been busy and not had time to come on here mate so missed it. I checked the OS under fixtures and the original ticket details hasn't been edited though the listing month by month has. My fuck up. I was looking forward to a Sat away day. Bollocks

Does anyone else think that the £49 ticket comes from Alistair McKintosh going there and wanting to get one over on us?

Hmmmm 3000 tickets at £35.00(last years price)= £105,000

1500 tickets at £49.00 (this years price)=£73,500

Greedy fulham make a loss of £31,500....twats. which is more than the amount needed to keep Chester city afloat...

We'll take the usual crew to Fulham , and both sets of fans will no doubt have their moments ..... it's rarely a goalless draw when we go there.

But as i said on here the other day , Fulham have the 2nd best home defensive record in the Premiership (after the Old Crapford mob) ... and so if we don't go there with real intention of giving them problems , by playing players who CAN actually give them problems , then Fulham willl inevitably eventually score ....... even Mancini will be able to see that surely.

And should that goal happen to come about a quarter of the game left , at least we should get a decent 15 minutes play to follow it out of City!

I agree and think this point actually deserves a full thread of its own.

we've only took 1500 tickets

Reckon there'll be quite a number of London/southern based blues in the neutral section of the Putney Lane stand, next to the the away section, to boost that number.

That's where me and my lad will be, if we ever get there (bloody engineering works between Brighton and London on Sunday).

£49 is, of course, daylight robbery, and it makes for a very expensive day out, so City better try and win the fucking game.

perfect time to play them, after juventus and before cup replay.

they have nothing to play for in the league, so hopefully a lesser team against us.
