Looking injury free so far.Ake is starting tonight.
Ogbene giving Nath a good workout :-)Looking injury free so far.
Don't mind that. As long as mini Ruud doesn't get any injury, that's all I'm asking for.Ogbene giving Nath a good workout :-)
hes not a natural lb and today we see why. dunno why he is playing vs neto. rather put akanji there and ake in the middle. too slow against pacey wingers especially if he doesnt get any cover from the cb.Awful today
Sadly. He is a very good defender, but his lack of pace has been exposed today. Gvardiol is considerably faster, so it has to be taken into consideration in the future. Josko is much better as an offensive threat/on the ball, so he really should have started today.Exposed today for his lack of pace.
Gvardiol isn’t that much quicker from what I’ve seen. This team lacks paceSadly. He is a very good defender, but his lack of pace has been exposed today. This is what happens when you play CBs as LB , there was no attacking threat from either of our fullbacksExposed today for his lack of pace.
2km/h quicker at top speed according to the stats, but I agree, we are too slow. Neto had a field day today.Gvardiol isn’t that much quicker from what I’ve seen. This team lacks pace

You can do what you like with stats he’s no speed king2km/h quicker at top speed according to the stats, but I agree, we are too slow. Neto had a field day today.
I can't agree with this. I think the consensus on here has been overwhelmingly positive on him thus far. Laporte is, of course, world-class, and missed for sure, but Gvardiol has shown some great potential, IMO.Gvardiol is barely faster(he'd have been done by Neto too) and has offered fuck all on the ball in his appearances so far.. was sold on here as Pirlo at CB but in reality he's looked a step down from Laporte in the ball playing department.
